Using peppermint to cure your upset stomach

Peppermint contains methanol it is an effective compound that helps to control spasms in the intestines and stomach.

To get relief from digestion take 30 – 50 drops of peppermint tincture in a small glass of water up to two times a day.

Alternatively just crush 4-5 sprigs of peppermint and put in a glass with two teaspoons sugar and 2 1/2 ounces bourbon. Fill the rest of the glass with crushed ice. Stir well and enjoy.

Using apple cider vinegar to cure our stomach upset

Apple cider vinegar is produced from cider or old, crushed apples to create a vinegar that is brownish in colour. Apple cider vinegar contains living nutrients and bacteria that are visible as sediment when settled at the bottom of the jar.

The suggested remedy consists of mixing 1 cup of warm water with 1 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar and 1 tbsp. of honey. This mixture may also help cramping and discomfort from gas.
